WPCS Options definition
WPCS Options means options to purchase shares of WPCS Common Stock outstanding as of the date of this Agreement or the Effective Time, as applicable.

Related to WPCS Options
Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".
Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).
Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.
Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.
Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.
