World Account definition

World Account means a multicurrency digital wallet issued by WorldFirst that can be used by the Client to receive or make payments in accordance with this Agreement, whether or not those payments require foreign currency exchange;

Examples of World Account in a sentence

  • In the event that we assign our rights in accordance with this clause, you agree to the transfer of your funds held on your World Account to the assignee.

  • We may, without further notice to you, decline to deal with you and/or suspend access to or close your World Account if we have reason to believe that you are using any foreign exchange transaction for investment or speculative purposes.

  • If your World Account has the functionality to receive funds from third parties, you must provide such payers with the correct unique account number.

  • You may not assign your World Account to third parties or grant third parties any legal or equitable interest over it.

Related to World Account

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, Performance Guarantor, Servicer, Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new credit account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or Servicer or the applicable Transferor under circumstances resulting from a lost or stolen credit card and not requiring standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Card Guidelines.

  • AAVS Account means the account to which your Automatic Add Value Service is linked, as defined or specified in the relevant Application Form or such other account as notified to us by the Financial Institution or by the AAVS Account Holder from time to time;
