Workers Exception definition

Workers Exception means a person employed by the department to provide social work service granting additional general assistance to a needy person who has received assistance equal to the assistance maximum as approved by the Board of Supervisors during a twelve (12) month period. The twelve (12) month period begins with the date the first assistance is provided.
