Work Report definition
Work Report means the report prepared by each party on a quarterly basis or on some other timely basis as decided by the Steering Committee and submitted to the Steering Committee setting forth the work performed by each party in the previous quarter in furtherance of the goals of the Agreement and setting out a proposed plan for future work to be performed by that party as requested by the Steering Committee.
Work Report means the report prepared by each Party in accordance with Section 3.3.
Work Report means a written document, electromagnetic record, etc. reporting the evaluation of completion of the respective Scopes 1 to 4 of the Project set forth in the Exhibit 1.
