Each Party shall within 30 days of being admitted to the Project designate one of its Personnel as its Project Representative for the purpose of all Project affairs, which may or may not include taking on the role of Work Package Leader, and shall notify the Consortium Project Manager of that designation and any replacement of that representative from time to time.
