Work Package Leader means the individual appointed from the Party or from within the Parties in a particular Work Package to lead that Work Package;
Work Package Leader designates each person responsible for coordinating the Project Work within a given Work Package.
Work Package Leader. Work Package Leader means a representative of the Party appointed to lead a work package according to ▇▇▇▇▇ 1 of the Grant Agreement, who shall coordinate the completion of activities for the tasks in the relevant work package. Such accession shall have effect from the date identified in the accession document. Duration and termination This Consortium Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until complete fulfilment of all obligations undertaken by the Parties under the Grant Agreement and under this Consortium Agreement. However, this Consortium Agreement or the participation of one or more Parties to it may be terminated in accordance with the terms of this Consortium Agreement. If the Grant Agreement is not signed by the Granting Authority or a Beneficiary, or the Grant Agreement is terminated, or a Beneficiary’s participation in the Grant Agreement is terminated, this Consortium Agreement shall automatically terminate in respect of the affected Party/ies, subject to the provisions surviving the expiration or termination under Section 3.3 of this Consortium Agreement. If an Associated Partner´s participation in the Project is terminated, its participation in this Consortium Agreement may be terminated subject to the provisions surviving the expiration or termination under this Consortium Agreement (Section 4.2 and Section 3.3).
