Work Budget definition

Work Budget means the budget described in Exhibit C.
Work Budget means the $450,000 in the Wind-Down Budget reserved for Work expenses incurred prior to the Effective Date.

Examples of Work Budget in a sentence

  • Changes to the Scope of Work, Budget, or the Project term, must be requested in writing to CDFA Grant Administrative Contact no less than thirty (30) days prior to the requested implementation date.

  • All receipts and expenditures associated with said Work shall be documented in a detailed and specific manner, and shall accord with the Work Budget set forth herein.

  • Any accepted changes to the Scope of Work, Budget, or Project term must be subsequently approved by GRANTOR and an amendment signed by both Parties within 90 days of acceptance by the Grantor Grant Manager.

  • Changes to Scope of Work, Budget or the Project term, shall be requested in writing to the GRANTOR Grant Manager via letter, fax or email.

  • Changed or additional services shall be subject to negotiation of a new or amended Scope of Work, Budget, and Schedule and shall be authorized by amendment to this Agreement and approved as required by law.

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).
