A standing committee of four (4) teachers appointed by the WNEA and four (4) administrators will meet to study class sizes at all grade levels and classes throughout the District.
The principal shall ensure that at least two members of the committee are WNEA representatives.
Unresolved concerns may be shared with the WNEA leadership, and possibly District administration.
Each building administrator will meet with the WNEA building representative(s) to discuss building level concerns.
If the committee does not have two members who are representatives of the WNEA, the WNEA shall appoint additional members to bring the total WNEA representation to two members.
