WNC means WNC Receivables, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Borrower. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Any accounting terms used in this Agreement which are not specifically defined herein shall have the meanings customarily given them in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in existence as of the date hereof.
