Windy Gap Firming Project definition

Windy Gap Firming Project or “WGFP” means Chimney Hollow Reservoir and related or ancillary features constructed, operated and maintained by the WGFP Enterprise for the purpose of providing storage and delivery of water for use pursuant to WGFP Allotment Contracts.
Windy Gap Firming Project means the water storage project being developed by the Windy Gap Firming Project Water Activity Enterprise (“WGF Enterprise”) for storing water produced by the Windy Gap Project, defined below.
