Windstorms definition

Windstorms has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Windstorms has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2A. “Work” means all obligations, duties and responsibilities required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, including all Equipment, Construction Equipment, spare parts, RGLNG T5 – ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ – Train 5 EPC Agreement 20 Exhibit 10.2 procurement, engineering, design, fabrication, erection, installation, manufacture, delivery, transportation, storage, construction, workmanship, labor, pre-commissioning, Commissioning, inspection, training, Performance Tests, other tests, start-up and any other services, work or things furnished or used or required to be furnished or used, by Contractor in the performance of this Agreement, including that set forth in Attachment A and Section 3.1A and any Corrective Work. “Work Product” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.
