Wind-Down Phase definition

Wind-Down Phase means the period commencing at the end of Research Year Four and ending six (6) months thereafter.

Examples of Wind-Down Phase in a sentence

  • If during the Transition Period Contractor believes Agency is not in compliance with the foregoing conditions, Contractor shall give Agency written notice of such noncompliance and Agency will have fifteen (15) Business Days, or such longer period to which the parties may agree, to correct the noncompliance before Contractor may end the Transition Period and move to the Wind-Down Phase described below.

  • If during the Transition Period Servicer believes Department is not in compliance with the foregoing conditions, Servicer shall give Department written notice of such noncompliance and Department shall have fifteen (15) Business Days, or such longer period to which the parties may agree, to correct the noncompliance before Servicer may end the Transition Period and move to the Wind-Down Phase described below.

Related to Wind-Down Phase

  • Wind-Down Period has the meaning set forth in Section 10.6(c).

  • Wind-Down Budget means that certain budget governing the fees, expenses, and disbursements required for the Wind Down.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
