Wildlife Forces definition

Wildlife Forces means the forces constituted under this Act.

  • The Chairman of SPLM and CANS shall in consultation with the Commissioner appoint the Director-General of the Wildlife Forces from amongst the officers in service.

  • The aggrieved officer may appeal to the Commissioner against penalties by non-summary or Wildlife Forces Major Board and thereafter to the Chairman whose decision shall be final.

  • Medical Waste means isolation wastes, infectious agents, human blood and blood products, pathological wastes, sharps, body parts, contaminated bedding, surgical wastes, potentially contaminated laboratory wastes, and dialysis wastes.

  • Massage therapist means a person who practices massage therapy.

  • Workplace violence means any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted during the course of his or her employment, and includes but is not limited to all forms of harassment, bullying, intimidation and intrusive behaviours of a physical or emotional nature.

  • Occupational therapist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice occupational therapy.

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • Workplace means a place at which, on an average, twenty or more workers are employed.

  • Drug-free workplace means a site for the performance of work done in connection with a specific contract at which the employees of the Contractor are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance.

  • Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.
