Website Updates definition

Website Updates means any software programme, database structure or content, artistic work, screen layout, user or technical documentation or any other work created in connection therewith and any modifications, enhancements or upgrades thereto.
Website Updates means revisions, updates, deletions, enhancements --------------- or modifications of the Website.

Examples of Website Updates in a sentence

  • All Java Technology Licensee Website Updates, Upgrades, interim builds and early access versions related to a Supported Product or Technology shall be made available to Customer at the same time as other Customers who have purchased Update and Upgrade Support from Sun for such Supported Product or Technology, which in some cases, may be earlier than other Customers with a Technology License from Sun who have not purchased these Support services.

Related to Website Updates

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.
