Examples of Wallpapers in a sentence

  • The rights listed in Schedule 2, Column 2: Home Videogram Rights, Interactive Videogram Rights, Merchandising Rights (including Ringtone(s) and Wallpaper(s)), Music Publishing Rights, Publishing Rights, Radio Rights (subject to the additional holdback in Clause 28 of the General Terms of Agreement), Record Rights, Stage Rights and DTO Right(s) (subject to the additional holdback in Clause 20 of the General Terms of Agreement).

  • Upon the mutual agreement of the Parties, the Parties may utilize alternative distribution channels, including but not limited to the hosting of Company provided Ring Tones and Wallpapers on Company servers.

  • Except for Ring Tones or Wallpapers Company shall provide at its sole expense customer care to all Nextel Users to whom a Digital Item is licensed as set forth in Exhibit G-1.

  • Except for Ring Tones and Wallpapers, Digital Items shall also include an “about” section (or equivalent) that includes version (if applicable) and copyright information.

  • Except for Ring Tones and Wallpapers, Company shall include a “help” section for every Digital Item, which shall include instructions as well as Company customer care contact information (e.g., email address).

  • Platforms means collectively Bonitas’ websites, including affiliated websites and Member portals;

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.
