  • Shares or evidence of rights to receive Shares may be deposited through (x) electronic transfer of such Shares to the account of the Depositary in the Company's share registry on the Norwegian Verdipapirsentralen (the "VPS System"), (y) evidence satisfactory to the Custodian of irrevocable instructions to cause such Shares to be transferred to such account or (z) delivery of the certificates representing such Shares.
