Voya Fund definition

Voya Fund means any fund or other entity identified in Schedule 3C to Exhibit 3, including any funds added in accordance with Exhibit 3.

  • Class T shares of a Fund are not eligible for exchange into shares of any other Voya Fund.

  • BNY Mellon shall, upon reasonable prior notice when possible, make all books and records available to the applicable Voya or Voya Fund regulators and state government representatives or their designees to audit, evaluate and inspect BNY Mellon’s books and records for Voya and such Voya Fund.

  • Covered Persons must avoid any situations involving an actual or potential conflict of interest or possible impropriety with respect to their duties and responsibilities to, in the case of an Employee, a Voya Entity or a client of a Voya Entity, or in the case of a Voya Fund Director, the Voya Funds.

  • Covered Persons must keep confidential any non-public information regarding Voya, a Voya Fund, any client or any entity whose securities they know or should know are under investment review by a portfolio management team acting on behalf of a Voya Entity.

  • The Agreement is for the sole benefit of the Parties and their permitted assigns and each such Party intends that the Agreement shall not benefit, or create a right or cause of action in or on behalf of, any person or entity (including Voya Funds and Voya Fund Investors) other than the Parties, their permitted assigns and, with respect to Article 15, Voya Indemnified Parties and BNY Mellon Indemnified Parties.

  • BNY Mellon shall not, under the Agreement, bear, or otherwise be responsible for, any fees, costs or expenses charged by any third party service provider directly engaged by Voya, a Voya Affiliate or a Voya Fund.

  • Employees are required to disclose all their personal securities holdings to the Voya IM Compliance Department within 10 days of commencing employment with a Voya Entity or appointment with a Voya Fund.

  • Note: The 30 day holding period for shares of Voya open-end mutual funds is measured from the time of the most recent purchase of the shares of the relevant Voya Fund.

  • BNY Mellon shall not be responsible for: (a) delays in the transmission to it by Voya, the Voya Fund and entities unaffiliated with BNY Mellon (collectively, for this Section, “Third Parties”) of data required for the provision of the Rule 18f-4 Services, (b) inaccuracies of, errors in or omissions of, such data provided to it by any Third Party and (c) validation of such data provided to it by any Third Party.

  • If a shareholder exchanges into Voya Senior Income Fund and subsequently offers his or her common shares for repurchase by that fund, the CDSC will apply from the original Voya Fund from which he or she exchanged.

Related to Voya Fund

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Special Fund means any fund other than the city general fund.

  • Program fund means the program fund established under section 12D.4.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Provident Fund means any fund (other than a pension fund, benefit fund or retirement annuity fund) which is approved by the Minister in respect of the year of assessment in question: Provided that the Minister may approve a fund subject to such limitations or conditions as he or she may determine, and shall not approve a fund in respect of any year of assessment unless he or she is in respect of that year of assessment satisfied -

  • Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.

  • New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.

  • Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.

  • Fund means any Person (other than a natural person) that is (or will be) engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in commercial loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its activities.

  • State Fund means a component of the Settlement Fund described in subsection VIII.D.

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in the Indenture.

  • Stock Fund means that portion of the Trust Fund consisting of Stock.

  • Insurance Fund means the pest control insurance fund established pursuant to this compact.

  • Company Stock Fund means a hypothetical investment fund pursuant to which Deferred Stock Units are credited with respect to a portion of an Award subject to an Election, and thereafter until (i) the date of distribution or (ii) the effective date of a Diversification Election, to the extent a Diversification Election applies to such Deferred Stock Units, as applicable. The portion of a Grantee’s Account deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund shall be treated as if such portion of the Account were invested in hypothetical shares of Common Stock or Special Common Stock otherwise deliverable as Shares upon the Vesting Date associated with Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units, and all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to Common Stock or Special Common Stock were held uninvested in cash and credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate as of the next succeeding December 31 (to the extent the Account continues to be deemed credited in the form of Deferred Stock Units through such December 31).

  • Pension Fund means any person that:

  • General Account consists of all our assets other than those held in any separate investment accounts.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Money market mutual fund means an open-end managed investment fund:

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Payment Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
