Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.
Virtual Machine means a software container that can run its own operating system and execute applications like a physical machine.
Noncommercial computer software means software that does not qualify as commercial computer software under paragraph (a)(1) of this clause.
