VET provider definition

VET provider means an individual or body corporate which acts as the administrator of work placements, apprenticeships and internships there by providing vocational educational programmes at further education or higher levels, and which is licensed by the National Commission for Further and Higher Education in accordance with the Education Act, or approved by international qualification structures recognised by industry;
VET provider means a registered training organisation (within the meaning of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 ) that provides vocational education and training.
