Verification Version definition

Verification Version means a unit of a Software Title that is intended to comply fully with all terms of this Agreement and that has not passed Certification, which is provided by Publisher for testing purposes.

Examples of Verification Version in a sentence

  • Prior to full manufacture of a FPU by the Authorized Replicator, both Publisher and Microsoft must approve the applicable Verification Version.

Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an "Indemnity" clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.   • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
