Either party may terminate this Agreement or an executed Exhibit A - Task Order upon written notice to the other at the address set forth in Section 3 of Exhibit A.
Upon the acceptance of these terms and conditions, we permit you to access the Veda eTrace Data and to use Veda eTrace Data for the Approved Purpose within Australia.
Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service, which may include, without limitation, Personal Data (but shall not include the Personal Data of Your Agents in the context of Account Information as described in the Privacy Policy).

Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.
GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
