Variable Rate Margin definition

Variable Rate Margin means three percent (3%) per annum.
Variable Rate Margin means the applicable margin based on the Applicable Debt Rating of Borrower as described in, and determined pursuant to, Schedule II.
Variable Rate Margin means three and three-quarters percent (3.75%) per annum, as the same may be increased as provided in Section 7.8 of the Loan ----------- Agreement.

Variable Rate Margin means the applicable margin based on the Applicable Debt Rating described in, and determined pursuant to, Schedule II.

Variable Rate Margin means three and one-half percent (3.50%) per annum, as the same may be increased as provided in Section 7.8 of the Loan Agreement.

Related to Variable Rate Margin

  • Base Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.
