Variable Rate Margin definition

Variable Rate Margin means three percent (3%) per annum.
Variable Rate Margin means the applicable margin based on the Applicable Debt Rating of Borrower as described in, and determined pursuant to, Schedule II.
Variable Rate Margin means three percent (3.00%) per annum, as the same may be increased as provided in Section 7.8 of the Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of Variable Rate Margin

Variable Rate Margin means three and one-half percent (3.5%) per annum, provided that at any time that, and so long as, sixty-five percent (65%) or more of the aggregate Appraised Value of the Borrowing Base Projects is comprised of Borrowing Base Projects operated or to be operated as hotels, then the "Variable Rate Margin" means three and three-quarters percent (3.75%) per annum, in each case as the same may be increased as provided in SECTION 7.8 of the Loan Agreement. Any adjustment of the Variable Rate Margin as provided herein (excluding any increase provided in SECTION 7.8 of the Loan Agreement which shall be handled as provided therein) shall be effective, and the Variable Interest Rate shall be adjusted as of, the first day of the first month following the date on which sixty-five percent (65%) or more of the aggregate Appraised Value of the Borrowing Base Projects is comprised of Borrowing Base Projects operated or to be operated as hotels (or the first day of the first month following the date on which the same ceases to be true).
Variable Rate Margin has the definition set forth in the Variable Loan Note. The Margin shall include the Variable Loan Fee.
Variable Rate Margin means three and one-half percent (3.50%) per annum, as the same may be increased as provided in Section 7.8 of the Loan Agreement.

Related to Variable Rate Margin

  • Base Rate Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Variable Rate means a per annum rate of interest, equal to LIBOR plus 1.48%, as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date preceding each Interest Payment Date, reset quarterly, commencing upon expiration of the Fixed Rate Period.

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.
