Value Fund means the Fortress Caribbean Property Value Fund of the Company and “Value Fund Shares” mean the cellular shares of the “Value Fund”.

  • The shares must have been acquired by the merger of a Former Quest for Value Fund into the fund or by exchange from an ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ fund that was a Former Quest for Value Fund or into which such fund merged.

Related to Value Fund

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Payment Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Enterprise Fund means the enterprise fund of the Recipient in which Revenues are deposited.

  • Program fund means the program fund created under Section 53B-8a-107,
