Validated Data definition

Validated Data means data verified by the Member States according to agreed validation rules;
Validated Data means Data that has been confirmed by various available sources.
Validated Data means patient data that has been validated and verified to ICH GCP requirements by PPC or another contract research organisation approved by Progen.

Related to Validated Data

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);
