Utility Person definition

Utility Person means an employee who has not served an apprenticeship as a carpenter but who does carpentry work on buildings and maintains mills and mill housing.
Utility Person means an employee who, in addition to unskilled work, does small repair and other slightly skilled work.
Utility Person means an employee who is mainly engaged on unskilled work but who performs slightly skilled repair work for the maintenance of the premises and/or billboards wherever situated.

Utility Person means the person not employed by the department that has control over a utility facility project.
