User Party definition

User Party means you, your Affiliate, or a director, employee or agent of you or your Affiliate.
User Party means a User, its representatives, Affiliates, agents, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers of any tier and licensees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, provided that any agents, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and licensees shall only be a User Party to the extent that they are acting on behalf of or are providing services to such User in connection with such User’s TUA in the context where the term is used.
User Party means, in relation to any item of Infrastructure, any party to this deed which does not own or have a right to use such item of Infrastructure but is granted rights to use such item of Infrastructure by an Owner Party in accordance with this Transition Deed 5 deed, including, where such User Party is CNIFP, any person authorised by CNIFP to use such Infrastructure in connection with the management of the Business and where such party is a member of the FCF Group, any person authorised by FCF to use such Infrastructure in connection with the management of the FCF Group's own forest estate; and

  • If a Service Provider refuses to provide Naquhua service for the User, Party A may assign the User to other Service Providers.

  • Subject to any delay from any User Party (including the User’s LNG supplier or Transporter or master of its LNG Vessel), the Operator shall cause the SSCS for LNG Vessels nominated by the User to be completed within the required schedule defined in the agreed procedure, but shall always have a minimum period of nine (9) Business Days to perform an SSCS.

  • User Party will perform, at its cost, improvement(s) to the facility that may be required for safe and secure operations of its communications equipment.

  • User Party, during the term of this Agreement, including any renewals and any holding-over thereafter, shall provide the Host Party with current certificates of insurance evidencing that such insurance is in full force and effect, naming the Host Party as an additional insured, and is non-cancelable without at least thirty days' written notice to the Host Party.

  • Purchaser Party shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.8.

  • Billing Party means the Party rendering a bill.

  • BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.

  • Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.

  • FOIA Party means a Person that, in the reasonable determination of the Board of Directors, may be subject to, and thereby required to disclose non-public information furnished by or relating to the Company under, the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552 (“FOIA”), any state public records access law, any state or other jurisdiction’s laws similar in intent or effect to FOIA, or any other similar statutory or regulatory requirement.
