User Card definition

User Card means the card to be issued to each User entitled to use the Amenities Facilities to establish such individual’s right to do so.

  • The Primary Cardholder is still responsible to pay us for any amounts owing on the Account for Transactions by an Authorized User even if an Authorized User Card is cancelled or if the Primary Cardholder is unable to cancel, obtain or destroy the Authorized User Card.

  • This includes PAPs charged to the Account before the Agreement is cancelled or after the Agreement ends, or charges by any Authorized User, or those that are made after an Authorized User Card has been cancelled, unless the merchant receives a written request from you to cancel the PAP before the PAP is charged to the Account.

  • The card limit is the maximum amount that can be charged to an Authorized User Card each month.

  • Autobooks may change or add fees or charges, upon written notice to User, as a result of or to pass through changes or increases in fees imposed by the Card Brands, the TPSP, or TPSPs, including without limitation with respect to interchange dues or assessments, fines, penalties, or loss allocations imposed by the Card Brands in connection with this Exhibit E or any User Card Transactions.

  • Also, to ensure that a return has been successfully completed, Users can present their Card to the reader or enter their User Card and Password: a message on the display will confirm that the Bicycle has been returned.

Related to User Card

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.
