  • Interest accrued pursuant to this paragraph shall be for the account of the Issuing Bank, except that interest accrued on and after the date of payment by any US Tranche Lender pursuant to paragraph (e) of this Section to reimburse the Issuing Bank shall be for the account of such US Tranche Lender to the extent of such payment.

  • If the Company fails to make such payment when due, then the Administrative Agent shall notify each US Tranche Lender of the applicable LC Disbursement, the payment then due from the Company in respect thereof and such US Tranche Lender’s US Tranche Revolving Percentage thereof.
