  • The State of Uttar Pradesh, through UPDASP shall, by no later than six (6) months after the Effective Date, carry out feasibility studies, under terms of reference agreed with the Bank, to assess alternative structures for the establishment of an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) or investing in an existing one, required documentation, managerial structure, eligible investment activities, and potential pipeline therefor.

  • To facilitate carrying out of Parts 1.A(i)(b), 1.A(ii)(b), 1.A(iii), 1.B(ii), 2.A(iii)(b), 2.B(ii), 2.B(v), 2.B(vi), and 3.B (iii) of the Project, the PIE, through UPDASP, shall make part of the proceeds of the Loan available as Grants to Beneficiaries in accordance with the eligibility and selection criteria and procedures acceptable to the Bank and set forth in detail in the Grants Manual.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
