Underlying Portfolio definition

Underlying Portfolio means the portfolio Underlying Assets or Unsettled Purchase Assets, as applicable, owned by the Borrower or Committed to be owned by the Borrower from time to time.
Underlying Portfolio means the aggregate of the Underlying Securities which correspond to an Instalment Receipt held by a Holder in his or her Facility.

The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
