Uncommitted Accordion definition

Uncommitted Accordion is defined in Section 1.1.
Uncommitted Accordion is defined in Section 1.5(a) of this Agreement.
Uncommitted Accordion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2 hereof.

  • Bank, in its sole and absolute discretion, may grant or deny such request from Borrower for a term loan advance under the Uncommitted Accordion.
