Bank, in its sole and absolute discretion, may grant or deny such request from Borrower for a term loan advance under the Uncommitted Accordion.
If, and only if, Bank, in its sole discretion, agrees to provide an additional term loan advance to Borrower under the Uncommitted Accordion, such term loan advance shall each be considered a “Term Loan B Advance” hereunder and added to the definition thereof; provided that, the terms of the making of any advance under the Uncommitted Accordion shall be outlined in an amendment to this Agreement to be entered into by the parties hereto.
