  • The Access Charge Element and the Service Charge Element are added together to calculate the total charge of a call to an Unbundled Tariff Number.

  • Tree branches located within one hundred feet (100’) of a structure or improvement shall be removed or pruned to provide ten feet (10’) or more of clearance..

  • B1.21 The retail price for a call to an Unbundled Tariff Number which is charged to a Consumer is the sum of: (a) the Access Charge Element; and (b) the Service Charge Element, subject to any special offers, discounts or call bundling arrangements which the Communications Provider offers to that Consumer.

  • The Access Charge Element is defined in paragraph 17.33 as the amount which results from multiplying a consumer’s Access Charge by the length of the call to an Unbundled Tariff Number billed to that consumer.

  • Batch number means a unique numeric or alphanumeric identifier assigned prior to any testing to allow for inventory tracking and traceability.

  • Palletized unit load means a MIL-STD-129 defined quantity of items, packed or unpacked, arranged on a pallet in a specified manner and secured, strapped, or fastened on the pallet so that the whole palletized load is handled as a single unit. A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load.   • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • License number means the official number issued to a private security services business licensed by

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the transport system that LECs use to exchange outcollect and Carrier Access Billing System “CABS” access messages among each other and other Parties connected to CMDS.

  • Automated driving system means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.

  • Bundle means to collect contributions from more than one source which are then delivered by one person to the Mayor or to his political fundraising committee.

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.
