Unadjusted Value definition

Unadjusted Value means with respect to a Portfolio Loan, the outstanding balance due under the Loan.
Unadjusted Value means an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as the value of the Equity Option Transaction (or portion thereof) on the Closing Date based on:

Examples of Unadjusted Value in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall hold at all times Eligible Collateral with an aggregate Unadjusted Value (as defined below) which, when taken with the Cash and Cash Equivalents (of the Corporation) as defined below equals one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Notes.

  • On the last day of each calendar month during the term of this Agreement, the Corporation shall calculate the outstanding Unadjusted Value of all items of Eligible Collateral held by the Trustee and the value of the Corporation’s Cash and Cash Equivalents, as well as the aggregate outstanding principal balance of Notes.

Related to Unadjusted Value

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Allocated Value means, in respect of any particular asset of a Participating CCAA Party, the amount of the sale proceeds realized from such asset, net of costs allocated to such asset all pursuant to the Allocation Methodology and, in respect of any Secured Claim, the amount of such sale proceeds receivable on account of such Secured Claim after taking into account the priority of such Secured Claims relative to other creditors holding a Lien in such asset;

  • Estimated Value means the value of the Contract estimated under these Contract and Procurement Regulations.

  • Closing Average Share Value means the average, over the trading days in the Closing Average Period, of the closing price of the company’s stock multiplied by the Accumulated Shares for each trading day during the Closing Average Period.
