The Trustee shall hold at all times Eligible Collateral with an aggregate Unadjusted Value (as defined below) which, when taken with the Cash and Cash Equivalents (of the Corporation) as defined below equals one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Notes.
