UCX program definition

UCX program means the pro­ gram of unemployment compensation for ex-servicemen established by Sub­ chapter I I of Chapter 85 of Title 5 of the United States Code (80 Stat. 590; 5 U.S.C. 8521-8525) (formerly sections 1508 and 1511 of Title X V of the Social Security Act, 72 Stat. 1087 as amended; 42 U.S.C. 1368, 1371).

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
