UCD Contract definition

UCD Contract means the contract set out in Schedule 11 including any subsequent variations or successors.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Federal-Aid Contract means a contract in which the United States (federal) Government provides financial funding as so designated in the Information for Bidders.

  • Assigned Contract means any Contract entered into by, or otherwise legally binding on, Seller or its Subsidiaries that relates exclusively to the Business or the Transferred Assets.
