Twilio Services means the products and services that are ordered by Customer under an Order Form or by using a Twilio account, or provided by Twilio to Customer on a trial basis or otherwise free of charge. Twilio Services generally consist of: (a) platform services, namely access to the Twilio application programming interface (referred to herein as Twilio APIs) and, where applicable, and (b) connectivity services, that link the Twilio Services to the telecommunication providers’ networks via the Internet. The Twilio Services exclude any SendGrid Services.

Twilio Services means the cloud software platform and other services offered and provided by Twilio Inc. to Customer under this Agreement, which are generally comprised of two components: (a) platform services, including the Twilio APIs and any cloud-based software provided to Customer by Twilio Inc. and training, support, programs, features, functions, developer tools, and report formats, and subsequent updates or upgrades of any of the foregoing made generally available by Twilio Inc., and (b) connectivity services, which include the interconnection capabilities embedded within the Twilio Services that link the Twilio Services to the telecommunication providers’ networks (including fixed-line, cellular, wireless, high-bandwidth, and/or fiber optic cable) via the Internet. The Twilio Services excludes any SendGrid Services.

  • This Amendment is an agreement between Twilio Inc Twilio and US Government users of the Services provided by Twilio Services.

  • The Customer will immediately (i) discontinue its use of the Twilio Services if it is placed on any Sanctions List and (ii) remove its Authorised Users' access to the Twilio Services if those Authorised Users become placed on any Sanctions List.

  • The Customer represents and warrants that it has not, and that it will not, export, re-export, or transfer the Twilio Services to an entity on any Sanctions List without prior authorization from the applicable governmental authority.

  • The Customer shall promptly notify the Supplier in writing of any actual or potential breach of Anti-Corruption and Trade Laws in connection with the use of the Twilio Services and take all appropriate steps to remedy or resolve such breach, including any steps requested by the Supplier or Twilio.

  • You acknowledge that the features and functions of the Twilio Services may change over time, in Twilio’s sole discretion, and that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may choose not to renew the Twilio Services at the end of the then current term.

Related to Twilio Services

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
