Trustee Application Date definition

Trustee Application Date means each date on which the Trustee determines to apply the Available Proceeds in accordance with these Conditions and the provisions of the Trust Deed.

Related to Trustee Application Date

  • Trustee Float Period With respect to the Distribution Date and the related amounts in the Distribution Account, the period commencing on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date and ending on such Distribution Date.

  • Distribution Date" for a Trust shall mean the "Distribution dates" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Indenture Trustee Fee means a monthly fee equal to 1/12th of $15,000, payable on each Payment Date.

  • Bond Trustee Fee Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee relating among other things to the fees to be paid by the Issuer to the Bond Trustee for its obligations relating to the Bonds.

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in June 2022.
