Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;
Regular Distribution Dates means each June 15 and each December 15, commencing on December 15, 2016; provided, however, that, if any such day shall not be a Business Day, the related distribution shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day without additional interest.
Certificate Distribution Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount being distributed to the Trust Certificateholders on such Payment Date.
Class A-2 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Class C Final Distribution Date means the October 15, 2021 Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Final Distribution Date means the March 15, 2024 Distribution Date.
REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
REMIC II Distribution Amount (I) For any Distribution Date prior to the Credit Support Depletion Date, the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date shall be distributed to the REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.
Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

Class A Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 2016-2A-S thereto, governing the creation and administration of the United Airlines Pass Through Trust 2016-2A-S and the issuance of the Class A Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means December 16, 2024.
