Tree Farms definition

Tree Farms means the timberlands, timber, and timber rights owned or controlled by Seller, excluding the Cutting Contracts listed on Schedule 1.1.5-2.
Tree Farms has the meaning set forth in the Mill Agreement.
Tree Farms means collectively, the Oregon Tree Farms and the Washington Tree Farms.
