Travel Program definition

Travel Program means, with respect to any Participant, the travel program applicable to such Participant as of such Participant’s Termination Date, or any successor plan covering similarly situated employees.
Travel Program means a document that forms an integral part of the Contract and contains pre-contractual information for package travel arrangements, particularly in accordance with Article 29, paragraph 1, items a), c), d), e), and g) of the Law. In addition to these, the Travel Program may also include other information that the Agency considers useful.
Travel Program means the program administered by Manager whereby residents of a Manager-managed facility are permitted to stay, subject to the availability of a guest room at the subject location, at another Manager-managed facility up to seven nights free of charge.

  • Except as may be modified in this agreement, employees shall be reimbursed for all travel expenses in accordance with the current NAV CANADA Travel Program.

  • The parties to the Collective Agreement have agreed that when an Employee is required to work overtime in order to carry out the normal course of duties involved with the Travel Program, he shall bank all overtime worked in dollars at a rate of one times (1x) the classified rate of pay.

  • I/We agree to accept financial responsibility for Player’s registration fees for the Travel Program.

  • If the employee continues to work for four (4) hours or more of overtime he/she shall be provided further paid meal breaks of up to one-half (1/2) hour and reimbursed his/her expenses for one meal at a rate equivalent to the lunch allowance in the current Travel Program at the completion of this second and subsequent four (4) hour periods.

  • In the event that either the Corporate Travel Threshhold is reached or there is a Change in Scope, the new pricing agreed upon by the parties will be added as a new Exhibit D-4 and Services to be provided in connection with the Corporate Travel Program will be added to Exhibit A by addendum to be mutually executed by the parties.

Related to Travel Program

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
