Transferor Letter definition
Transferor Letter. As defined in Section 5.3(n)(ii).

Examples of Transferor Letter in a sentence
Prior to such registration of transfer or exchange of a Physical Note, the requesting Noteholder shall present or surrender to the Registrar the Physical Note duly endorsed and accompanied by a Transferor Letter and Transferee Letter duly executed by such Noteholder or Transferee, as applicable, and acknowledged by the Issuer, in each case duly authorized in writing.
