Transfer Package definition

Transfer Package means for each Product on the Transfer List, and for each Product on the Special Supply List that the Buyer Party has the right to Manufacture, hard-copy and/or electronic documentation regarding the recipe for such Product, Product Specifications, Manufacturing processes and procedures specific to such Product, Raw Material Specifications and QC Procedures used in the Manufacture of such Product. The Transfer Package is further defined in Schedule 6.1 to this Agreement.
Transfer Package means a package electronically delivered to the Architect/Engineer which contains, among other things, the Project Schedule, the Detailed Project Scope, the estimate of the cost of the Project, and the Board's general, special and supplemental conditions, photographs, and other information regarding the Project.
Transfer Package means the documentation associated with the Product Rights as more particularly set out in Schedule 3. VAT: value added tax chargeable under the Value Added Tax ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and any similar replacement or additional tax.

  • A detailed statement of the content of the Transfer Package is attached as Schedule 6.1.

  • The Parties will meet and confer following the Effective Date to agree on a Technology Transfer Plan setting out the timeline for the delivery of Technical Transfer Package 1, as well as detailing actions, reporting, deliverables, and success criteria linked to the Technology Transfer (the “Technology Transfer Plan”).

  • DWR shall not reclassify a Transfer Package or Transfer as an exchange.

Related to Transfer Package

  • Transfer Point means any point at which the passenger transfers between aircraft.

  • Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Transfer Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.
