Tracking Asset definition

Tracking Asset is any tangible personal property that has a value of $1,000 or more, but under the capitalization threshold of $5,000 that the County has established the need to track the security and use of. These assets include, but are not limited to office equipment, computers, furniture, and road equipment. Tasers and weapons will be tracked regardless of value.
