Town Vehicle definition

Town Vehicle means a passenger carrying vehicle owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the Town of Valdese and assigned permanently or temporarily to town employees, agencies, institutions, or facilities for official town business.
Town Vehicle means all vehicles owned or leased by the Town of Windham.
