Total Funded Debt Ratio definition

Total Funded Debt Ratio means, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, the ratio of (a) Total Funded Debt as of such date to (b) the sum of (i) Total Funded Debt as of such date plus Stockholders’ Equity as of such date.
Total Funded Debt Ratio means, at any time, the ratio calculated by dividing (a) the Total Funded Debt at that time by (b) EBITDA.
Total Funded Debt Ratio means, as of any date the same is to be determined, the ratio of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Total Consolidated Funded Debt as of such date, to (b) the Consolidated EBITDA for the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended.
