Total DFCD Deadline definition

Total DFCD Deadline means the date that is sixty (60) days prior to the date upon which Total would have the right to terminate the Total FOB Sale and Purchase Agreement for any failure to achieve the Date of First Commercial Delivery (as defined in the Total FOB Sale and Purchase Agreement) by such date, as extended by any waivers, modifications or amendments to the Total FOB Sale and Purchase Agreement in accordance with Section 7.9 (Project Documents, Etc.), but without giving effect to cure rights under any Consent between the Common Security Trustee and Total.
Total DFCD Deadline as defined in the SPL Common Terms Agreement.

Related to Total DFCD Deadline

  • Opt-Out Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Request for Exclusion must be filed in writing with Class Counsel (or the Administrator) for a Settlement Class Member to be excluded from the Settlement Class. The Opt-Out Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Extension Deadline means, with respect to a letter of credit, the Cutoff Time on the Business Day preceding the day on which the letter of credit expires.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Drop Dead Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b)(i).

  • Effectiveness Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.
