Total Capitalization Ratio definition

Total Capitalization Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) the sum of (i) Consolidated Net Worth plus (ii) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date.
Total Capitalization Ratio means the Total Margins and Equity as a percentage of the sum of ((1)Total Margins and Equity plus (2) Long Term Debt).
Total Capitalization Ratio means, as of any date of calculation, the ratio of the Borrower’s Total Funded Consolidated Indebtedness outstanding on such date to its Total Consolidated Capitalization outstanding on such date.
