Time and Materials Services definition

Time and Materials Services to be rendered under this SOW, including deliverables to be provided as part of Time and Materials Services:
Time and Materials Services are all information technology or other services rendered by Revolent Employee whether under a SOW or otherwise.
Time and Materials Services means any services performed by Safe Fleet or any Safe Fleet-authorized party acting on its behalf in response to (a) any Customer Request with respect to any matter not expressly included in Services as described in Sections 1 through 4 of these Terms, (b) any Service Exclusions, or (c) any Excess Requests (as defined below). Safe Fleet limits the number of Severity One or Severity Two Requests which may be reported per customer to 10 occurrences per month combined and a total of 75 occurrences per year combined. “Excess Request” means any Request in excess of 10 Requests in a calendar month or 75 Requests in a calendar year, whichever comes first. Customer will pay Safe Fleet at its Master Agreement rates for Time and Materials Services, and Safe Fleet may invoice Customer for same upon performance of such Time and Materials Services.

Examples of Time and Materials Services in a sentence

  • For the Time and Materials Services, Contractor shall complete the work described in Table 1 or in the relevant Task Order, and as scheduled through [weekly] planning meetings.

  • Supplier agrees to the following payment terms (select one) as described in section Payment Terms – Time and Materials Services above.

  • The Section of this Agreement titled "Time and Materials Services" shall also apply to the Project if the development Services are performed on a time and materials basis.

  • Customer agrees to pay for such Time and Materials Services, costs, and handling charges promptly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Revolent’s removal of a Revolent Employee under this Clause shall not effect, in any way, Client’s obligation to pay Revolent for such Revolent Employee’s Time and Materials Services rendered prior to such removal.

  • Customer shall have the right to acquire from time to time certain specific Services to be performed on a time and materials basis under this Agreement ("Time and Materials Services").


More Definitions of Time and Materials Services

Time and Materials Services means application development services unique to the applicable Governmental Entity or other Services or Deliverables provided by Vendor to a Governmental Entity hereunder pursuant to a Purchasing Instrument at the Optional Hourly Rates identified in Vendor’s Proposal. Such Purchasing Instruments may be referred to herein as a “Time and Materials Statement of Work” or “T&M SOW.”
Time and Materials Services means the portion of the Services paid for on a time and materials basis.

Related to Time and Materials Services

  • Equipment/Materials/Goods means and include all equipment, machinery, stores, goods which are required under the Contract for satisfactory performance of Services by the Service Provider.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
