Thru street definition
Thru street means a street which has at least two connections to other thru street(s).
one-way street means a road in which vehicles are prohibited at all times from proceeding in any other than one direction.
State Street means the relevant State Street entity performing services pursuant to this Agreement.
Drive means to drive, operate, or be in physical control of a motor vehicle.
Local Street means an open (traversable) right-of-way that is not identified in Schedule E of the most recent City of Winnipeg Streets By-law No. 1481/77 (i.e. not a Regional Street);
Collector street means a street, existing or proposed, of considerable continuity which serves or is intended to serve as the principal traffic way between large and separated areas or districts and which is the main means of access to the major street system.
