Third Party LMS definition

Third Party LMS means a commercially available software application or cloud based system offered by persons other than District for the tracking, reporting and delivery of educational courses. By way of example only, Third Party LMS includes, without limitation, Schoology, Blackboard, and Canvas LMS.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event LMS licenses, sub-licenses, or otherwise authorizes the use of the Patents and any LMS IP by a Third Party, LMS shall ensure that such Third-Party license, sub-license or other authorization does not adversely impact or otherwise restrict Protea's rights under this Agreement.
