The Handover Date means the date of completion of this equity transfer, which is the date stipulated in Provision 4.2.1 herein.

Examples of The Handover Date in a sentence

  • The Handover Date will be October 1st, 2006 but for the occurrence of one of the delay events described in this sub-section.
